Q. What are the benefits of TLP to small business and creative services consultants?
A. TLP brings the benefits of enterprise-class licensing to the smaller-volume orders typical of consultants, independent designers, creative services agencies, and creative services and marketing departments.

Q. What do I receive when I participate in the Transactional Licensing Program?
A. A TLP license will give you access to Adobe's Web-based online software management site where you can find a custom TLP license certificate for each TLP order you place. The certificate will list the order date, the products you licensed, the corresponding serial numbers, and the total number of licenses available for installation.

Q. How are discount levels determined?
A. Discount levels are determined based on the number of points in the transaction. The number of points earned per software program or Upgrade Plan order is based on the value of each item licensed.

Q. Is a contract required for TLP?
A. There are no contracts or tie-ins when ordering through TLP.

Q. Are TLP licenses perpetual or subscription based?
A. Adobe Open Options licenses are perpetual and provide you with the right to use the software as long as you adhere to the terms and conditions of the EULA.

Q. Can license be purchased in different languages?
A. Yes. Adobe offer a variety of language options on their license. Not all languages are available on all licenses.
